Terms & Conditions of rental:
- To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check- in.
- Cancellations of bookings must be notified in writing.Outside 60 days of check-in 50% of monies paid will be refunded. Within 60 days of check-in all monies are non-refundable.
- Early departures are non-refundable
- Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages,breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of stay. Passports must be presented at check-in along with $150 AUD cash bond which will be returned if there is no damage.
- Check-in time 2.00 PM
- Checkout time midday.
- Late checkout (subject to availability) will be charged at 50% of nightly rate.
- Management and staff of Villa Grange are not liable for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer during your stay at the Villa.
- Management and staff reserve the right to cancel any booking or evict any persons in relation to unacceptable behaviour. No refund will be issued.
- Maximum capacity is two persons per bedroom unless approval is gained prior to arrival.
- Everyone occupying the Villa must be listed in the booking form, including small children.The accommodation cannot be shared or sub-let and only persons shown in the booking form are permitted to stay.Persons under the age of 18 can not book the Villa alone unless accompanied by parents or responsible adults.
- If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at the Villa kindly bring this to the attention of Villa Grange management at time of booking. Any event/party approval is at the sole discretion of the Villa owner.
- Sometimes in Bali, there are electricity black-outs and Villa Grange can not be responsible for those uncontrollable situations.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. Ashtrays are provided in the outside living area for guests wishing to smoke.
